Winner – Recommended Heated Vest Brand For Winter 2025

9.9
“EXCELLENT”
User Ratings (4,395)
Price
$47.99
$119.98
Pros:
Cons:
The Solana Gear Heated Vest is by far the best heated vest for this winter.
The first thing that separates it from any other vest is smart temperature control which allows you to choose between 3 different temperature levels based on your needs or occasion.
You might want to use a different temperature setting when you’re going to work compared to when you’re out skiing. That makes sense, right?
It has 11 different areas of heating – 3x more than the average heated vest.
This ensures that every part of your chest, back and even your ribs are heated evenly and that you’ll never feel cold. I believe this is a very advanced feature because no other vest we’ve tested has offered more heat coverage than the Solana Gear vest.
Besides that, it has long-lasting warmth.
You get up to 12 hours of quality heating while wearing the vest, which is perfect if you’re working 8 or 10-hour shifts because you won’t have to worry if it will stop heating in the middle of your work. You can also use power banks to have even longer heating time and they fit inside dedicated pockets for easy carrying.
It’s made from waterproof and breathable material.
Although you’ll be heated throughout the whole day, you still won’t sweat due to the breathable material that offers incredible airflow and ventilation. This is an amazing feature, especially if you’re wearing it to work and don’t want to show up sweaty.
Not only that, the water-proof material is amazing for winter snow activities because the battery packs will be fully protected from water damage caused by melting snow.
It fits true to size.
We tested every size from XS to 3XL across different body types, and unlike those “one size fits all” vests that fit nobody properly, Solana Gear actually runs true to standard measurements.
Order your normal size and it’ll fit perfectly the first time – no returns, no awkward bunching, and the heating zones sit exactly where they need to for maximum warmth.
Additional Features.
The battery pack has an additional charging port so you can charge your phone.
Solana Gear also offers you a full 90-day money back guarantee, so you can wear it for the entire winter and if you don’t find it amazing – you’ll receive a full refund.

#2 Venustas Heated Vest

9.5
“GREAT”
User Ratings (3,839)
Price
$104.99
$199.99
Pros:
Cons:
Venustas Heated Vest was a close runner-up to the Apex Heated Vest. While it doesn’t boast as many heat spots on the vest, our testers loved its ease of use, battery location, and quick heating capability. They also loved the versatility of the vest. “The design was so neutral, that I can see myself wearing it anywhere,” a tester said. “You can use it as an everyday vest to go to work, get groceries, or even if you’re going out with friends.”
Like the Apex Heated Vest, our testers enjoyed the lightweight and comfortable design, making it ideal as a mid or outer layer. “It was not too bulky or tight. You can even use it when running for sure,” a tester reported. “You can also use it as a stuffer underneath a heavier jacket.” We also loved the accurate sizing and water resistant materials.
#3 Milwaukee Heated Vest

9.3
“VERY GOOD”
User Ratings (2,376)
Price
$259.97
Pros:
Cons:
The Milwaukee Heated Vest is an excellent deal as you get similar performance to more expensive vests for a smaller cost. Our testers enjoyed the high quality and comfort.
There were a few drawbacks to this vest.
There are only two heating zones. One on the chest and one on the back. A battery pack also didn’t come with the vest. We were able to use a battery pack from one of the other vests we were testing, but it was an inconvenience. The placement of the battery pack pocket was next to the ribs which was uncomfortable, and the vest ran a bit small, so we suggest sizing up, especially if you plan on wearing layers underneath it.
#4 Foxelli Heated Vest

8.8
“GOOD”
User Ratings (1,257)
Price
$245
Pros:
Cons:
Foxeli’s Heated Vest was likeable among our testers. The setup and heating were simple and quick. While our testers say the heating works best around the neck and lower back, they thought it was warm enough elsewhere. “I love the design of this vest,” a tester said. “The battery pack also has an extra charging port so you can charge your phone at the same time. The zippers are easy to use, and the battery is placed in a convenient location that isn’t annoying—you don’t even know it’s there.”
Because of the puffer style of the jacket and removable hood, our testers saw this vest as more of an outer layer than a mid-layer. “I like the idea that the vest can replace a jacket, and it’s puffy and feels like a pillow,” a tester reported, noting they could see this jacket as ideal for anyone spending long amounts of time outside.
#5 CONQUECO Heated Vest

8.3
“DECENT”
User Ratings (520)
Price
$79.99
Pros:
Cons:
This versatile heated vest from CONQUECO is lightweight, comfy, and could work as a mid or outer layer. Our testers found this jacket very easy to use right out of the packaging and enjoyed how quickly it heated around the front and back. While the vest doesn’t have as many heating areas, we love that it’s waterproof and windproof.
Our testers didn’t like the power button’s placement inside the jacket or the size of the battery pack. But the versatility of the jacket made up for those nitpicks. “The vest is lightweight and comfortable, and it does not have a bulky feeling,” a tester reported. “One can wear this under a larger-sized fleece or winter coat.”
HOW WE RATE ?
